Book 2 teaches the more about chords, using "lead sheets".  It also teaches some scales, arpeggios, and sixteenth notes.  There are many familiar songs including Swing Low, Sweet Chariot,  
Give My Regards to Broadway,Joshua Fought the Battle of Jericho, and some simplified
versions of songs by great composers such as Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Grieg, and Beethoven.
Book has 196 pages and includes Scale and Chord Charts and a Dictionary of Musical Terms.

This is different than the Popular Repertoire books.  It has songs that children enjoy but
they are not the popular, familiar songs like the Popular Repertoire Books.
